Taking a holy bath during Kumbh Mela is an ancient act of purification. Pilgrims gently dip three times into the water while offering prayers to the Sun God and rivers.
During Shahi Snan (Royal Bathing days), primary ghat access during morning hours is reserved for the marching Akharas. Public bathing opens immediately after the Akharas complete their rituals.
Always maintain cleanliness at the ghats, avoid using soaps in river waters, and respect the solemnity of the sacred rituals.
